Kebab King

I ordered three kebabs, specifically requesting that one of them be prepared in about 20 minutes, as it was to be taken away and I still had to transport it. I wanted it to be prepared later so it wouldn't be soaked in sauce and lose its quality. After receiving the first kebab, I noticed that the one that was supposed to be prepared later was already ready on the hot plate. Unfortunately, we waited in vain for the order to be processed. Only when I looked at the receipt did I realize that the kebab hadn't been counted at all. So I went back to the cashier and explained that I had requested it be prepared later. The lady completely misunderstood my request and started explaining that the kebab was warm and fresh. The kebab maker also stated that since it was on a hot plate, it would be warm. I explained several times that I wasn't concerned about the temperature, but rather that the kebab would be made later, as I still had to transport it and didn't want it to be soaked in sauce. Unfortunately, instead of the usual understanding and taking the customer's request seriously, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a smile, which only reinforced the impression that my request was being treated as absurd. I should also add that there were only a handful of people already eating in the restaurant. The kebab itself may be delicious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. If a customer clearly requests their order to be prepared within a specific time, they simply expect their request to be honored. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I don't recommend this place because of the staff's attitude – primarily, they didn't listen to the customer, didn't understand a simple request, and responded dismissively instead of trying to resolve the situation.

The place is clean and well-maintained, but unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect, as the order is full of negatives. I ordered a thick-crust mixed kebab, the bun was very rubbery, the meat was better than edible, and the sauce on top was very small. The price isn't great for such a poor-quality kebab.

Very cheap and very good beer, we liked it better than a shop that is very close by.

We spent 5 days in Warsaw and didn't find better beer anywhere else in the area. (Even though we paid twice as much in several shops.)

Kebab is good once it's open. It's bullshit that it's open 24/7. Between midnight and 6 a.m., it's a lottery.

It's only good for eating in an emergency. The kebab was okay, but the place is a bit dirty and the service isn't very friendly.
